The Peel District School Board recognizes the importance of supporting all

maintain a wellness program, which incorporates the following principles:

and practices

| • | addresses the environment, health
practices, the social environment and personal resource development

individuals in all stages of health

| • | recognizes the stages of readiness,
e.g. awareness and information, skill development, behaviour change and
health maintenance

| • | is fiscally sustainable through
corporate partnerships and user fees
