Stretch your muscles throughout the day.

Tone the core body muscles of your back and abdomen to prevent back-related injuries.

Open your eyes wide and blink regularly to relieve eye strain. Relieve the strain on your eyes by regularly shifting between close and distant focus.

Posture perfect! Slouched posture creates strain on the neck and back. Stand tall with knees slightly bent, shoulders back and down and your head squarely over shoulders.
