Withdrawal Symptoms

Some symptoms of nicotine or tobacco withdrawal:

anxiety, irritability
restlessness, nervousness
severe craving
difficulty concentrating
difficulty sleeping
increased hunger
headaches

These symptoms don't last long and are usually worst during the first 3-4 days after you stop smoking. The good news is that withdrawal symptoms are a sign that your body is beginning to heal!
