Lower fat dairy foods

Lower fat dairy products have less milk fat (M.F.) Look for healthy dairy products such as:

2%, 1% or skim milk
yogurt with 2% M.F. or less
cheese with 20% M.F. or less

Note: cottage cheese is low in fat but it also has very little calcium.
