| 1. | In a bowl, combine yogurt, green
pepper, chicken, ham, ketchup, oregano and pepper; stir in rice.

6-cup baking dish. Spoon ricotta cheese evenly on top. Top with remaining
rice mixture.

| 3. | Combine bread crumbs, cheese and
butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until
bubbling and golden brown.
