Banana Split Smoothie

Makes 3 cups

Chocolate milk tastes delicious and has all the bone-building nutrients of regular milk. Next time your chocolate cravings hit, try this scrumptious, easy-to-make drink – it’s packed with flavour and good for you, too!

Ingredients
1 ½ cups chocolate milk
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
2-3 ice cubes

Method
1.Peel banana.
2.Wash and cut stems off strawberries.
3.Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
