Tasty Tower

Makes 1 serving

When your energy levels are dropping, try this delicious snack for a quick pick-me-up. It’s high in calcium, so it’s an excellent bone-builder, too!

Ingredients
1 cup non-fat flavoured yogurt
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup crunchy cereal nuggets or low-fat granola cereal
½ cup berries (fresh or frozen)

Method
1.Put half of the yogurt in a bowl or glass.
2.Layer the raisins, granola and half of the berries on top. Add the remaining yogurt and top with the remaining berries.
